About VEYRA

VEYRA provides custom-branded fitness accessories for studios, hotels, spas, corporate wellness programs, events, retreats, and other wellness-focused organizations. Products may include mats, travel mats, yoga blocks, pilates balls, dumbbells, wrist and ankle weights, grip socks, and other accessories.

Website Use

You may use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful code, or use the website in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Product Information

We work to present product details, colors, dimensions, materials, pricing guidance, minimum order quantities, and lead times accurately. However, product information may change, and website content is not a binding offer unless confirmed in a written quote or order confirmation from VEYRA.

Colors, materials, textures, print results, debossing, engraving, and digital mockups may vary from screen previews and from one production run to another. Final production may differ slightly from digital renderings, samples, or prior orders due to material behavior, manufacturing tolerances, decoration methods, lighting, screen settings, and supply conditions.

AI Chat Assistant

Our website may provide an AI chat assistant for convenience. Its responses are automatically generated, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and are provided for general information only. They are not advice and are not a binding offer, quote, or commitment. Binding terms come only from a written quote or order confirmation from VEYRA. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the assistant.

Quotes and Orders

Most VEYRA orders are custom quoted. A quote may include product pricing, minimum order quantities, setup fees, customization fees, sample costs, freight, duties, taxes, rush fees, development fees, and other order-specific terms.

Quotes are valid only for the time period stated in the quote. If no expiration date is listed, pricing and availability may change at any time before order acceptance.

An order is not confirmed until VEYRA has accepted the order in writing and any required deposit, setup fee, sample fee, or upfront payment has been received.

Minimum Order Quantities

Minimum order quantities vary by product, customization method, material, supplier, and order type. Custom Pantone, bespoke development, special materials, rush timelines, or non-standard customization may require higher minimums.

Payments

Payment terms will be stated in the applicable quote or invoice. VEYRA may require a deposit before mockup finalization, sampling, production, or order placement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, any remaining balance must be paid before shipment, fulfillment, or delivery release.

Custom color fees, bespoke development fees, sample fees, logo setup fees, and other upfront fees may be non-refundable once work begins.

Late payments may delay production, shipment, fulfillment, or delivery. VEYRA may pause or cancel work if required payments are not received.

Artwork, Logos, and Customer Materials

You are responsible for ensuring that you own or have permission to use any logo, trademark, artwork, image, phrase, design, brand guideline, Pantone reference, or other material you provide to VEYRA.

By submitting artwork or brand materials, you grant VEYRA and its production partners a limited right to use those materials to provide mockups, quotes, samples, production review, manufacturing, decoration, fulfillment, and related services for your project.

VEYRA may request vector artwork, such as AI, EPS, SVG, or another production-ready format. Low-resolution files, screenshots, or incomplete artwork may delay quoting, sampling, or production.

VEYRA may decline to produce materials that we believe are unlawful, infringing, misleading, offensive, unsafe, or otherwise inappropriate.

Mockups and Approvals

Digital mockups are provided for visualization and approval. They are not exact guarantees of final production color, texture, scale, logo placement, decoration behavior, or material finish.

You are responsible for reviewing all mockups, quotes, proofs, samples, artwork, spelling, logo placement, colors, quantities, shipping details, and order specifications before approval. Once you approve a mockup, proof, sample, quote, or order, changes may not be possible or may require additional fees and extended timelines.

Samples

Samples may be available for an additional cost plus shipping. Physical samples are recommended for custom color, bespoke development, new decoration methods, or products where color, finish, logo placement, or material behavior is critical.

Samples may still vary slightly from final bulk production.

Custom Products and Returns

Because VEYRA products are often custom-branded, made-to-order, custom-colored, or produced specifically for a customer, custom orders are generally final sale and not returnable or refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

If you believe an order contains a manufacturing defect or material error, you must notify VEYRA promptly after receipt and provide photos, quantities affected, packaging condition, and other requested details. VEYRA will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, if any, based on the circumstances.

Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, improper storage, cleaning damage, fading, cosmetic variation, minor color differences, and expected decoration wear are not considered defects.

Lead Times

Lead times are estimates only and may vary based on artwork approval, sampling, material availability, production capacity, freight, customs, holidays, weather, carrier delays, rush requests, and other factors outside VEYRA’s control.

VEYRA is not responsible for delays caused by late approvals, incomplete artwork, late payment, customer changes, supplier delays, freight delays, customs delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping, Freight, Duties, and Fulfillment

Shipping, freight, duties, taxes, customs, storage, insurance, kitting, packing, fulfillment, and direct-to-client shipping may be billed separately unless expressly included in a quote.

Risk of loss may pass to the customer once products are delivered to the carrier, fulfillment partner, or other agreed delivery point, unless otherwise stated in writing.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and recipient information. VEYRA is not responsible for delays, extra fees, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Product Care and Use

Fitness accessories should be used only as intended and in accordance with any care, safety, or usage instructions provided. You are responsible for ensuring that products are appropriate for your intended users, environment, and use case.

VEYRA does not provide medical, fitness, rehabilitation, or professional training advice. Users should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

Intellectual Property

VEYRA owns or licenses the content on our website and in our materials, including text, product concepts, product names, photography, graphics, layout, designs, and brand elements, except for customer-provided materials and third-party marks.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use VEYRA content without our prior written permission.

Customer logos and brand materials remain the property of the applicable customer or rights holder.

Portfolio Use

Unless you request otherwise in writing, VEYRA may ask for permission to reference completed custom work in portfolio, sales, or marketing materials. VEYRA will not claim ownership of customer trademarks.

Third-Party Services

VEYRA may use third-party manufacturers, decorators, shipping providers, fulfillment partners, payment processors, software platforms, and other vendors. Their services may be subject to separate terms, limitations, and policies.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VEYRA provides the website, content, products, mockups, samples, and services on an “as available” basis, except as expressly stated in a written quote, invoice, order confirmation, or agreement.

VEYRA does not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that all product concepts, colors, materials, decoration methods, or timelines will be available for every order.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VEYRA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from or related to the website, products, services, delays, customization, shipment, fulfillment, or these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VEYRA’s total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid to VEYRA for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold VEYRA harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your submitted artwork or brand materials, your breach of these Terms, your misuse of products, your violation of law, or your infringement of third-party rights.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Austin, Texas, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing or applicable law requires a different venue.

Changes to These Terms

VEYRA may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the website or our services after an update means the revised Terms apply.
