All VEYRA custom-logo products are made to order. Once payment is received, your order moves into production, then shipping and final delivery. The full timeline is typically around three months from the start of production after payment.

The three-month timeline is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Because orders are custom-made, delays can occasionally happen during production, quality control, shipping, customs or final delivery. This can be common with custom products, and we’ll always communicate updates as transparently and quickly as possible.

Made to order means your products are produced specifically for your brand with your logo rather than pulled from our ready-made inventory. This allows us to customize details such as color, logo placement and branding method, depending on the product.

Because custom products are made specifically for your brand, orders cannot be canceled once production has started. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible.

If we are notified of a delay, we will communicate it to you as soon as possible and provide the most current timeline available. Custom production can sometimes be affected by material availability, factory schedules, quality control, shipping congestion, weather, customs or other factors outside our control.

Minimums vary by product. Standard custom-logo orders may start at 50 units, while custom-color production starts at 200 units per product and varies by item. Your written quote confirms the exact minimum for your order.

In some cases, we may be able to offer lower quantities depending on the product, current production runs or available stock from our ready-made products. If you have a specific quantity in mind, reach out and we’ll let you know what is possible.

Yes. Once we have your logo, product selection and preferred color, we can provide digital mockups to help you visualize the final product before moving forward. You can also start with our Mockup Studio.

Yes. Custom-color production starts at 200 units per product and varies by item. We can work with your brand colors or Pantone references, or recommend tones that align with your overall aesthetic.

Yes. We charge a one-time custom logo setup fee of $150 on your first order. This covers the initial setup of your logo for production. There are no additional logo setup fees for future orders using the same logo.

No. For custom-branded orders, only your brand’s logo will appear on the product unless otherwise requested. VEYRA does not co-brand your custom products, so the final pieces are designed to feel fully aligned with your studio, brand or project.

Some items, including Pilates balls and resistance bands, often have higher minimums because of supplier production requirements for custom colors, branding and packaging. VEYRA is actively working to source lower-minimum options that still align with our quality standards and support smaller studios.

Samples may be available depending on the product and stock. Sample pricing, customization options and shipping timelines vary by item.

This depends on the quote. Some pricing may include estimated standard shipping, while duties, taxes, customs fees, expedited freight or special delivery requirements may be billed separately. Your quote will clearly state what is and is not included.
